PETERSBURG, AK Leaders from the small Southeast community of Kake continued their pleas for a connection to cheaper hydro electric power, before a regionwide gathering of civic and business officials in Petersburg last week. The envirormental review of the power transmission line project is underway and construction could start in the next few years.
