PETERSBURG-AK Governor Sean Parnell appointed Campbell commissioner in December after she had served as a fisheries policy adviser and Special Assistant to the Governor. Campbell grew up in a Petersburg fishing family. She formerly served as director of the Petersburg Vessel Owners Association. The committee members agreed to send her nomination to the house floor for consideration. <br />
