PETERSBURG-AK The penalties are changing again for Petersburg students in activities who are caught using drugs, alcohol or tobacco. After three lengthy discussions on the issue over the past month, it looks like the School Board has settled on several changes. The new rules, which still have to be finalized, are not as strict in some ways but stricter in others.
