Her first visit to Petersburg in 2011 inspired the novel “Lie Catchers.” It’s set in modern day Petersburg but features a character trying to solve the murder of businessman Sing Lee. Joe Viechnicki spoke with Anderson and asked her about how she would characterize her novels.
