A community talent show is taking place at the Wright Auditorium Tuesday night as a fundraiser for high school art students. The show is called Petersburg Live, and in recent years has been the main fundraiser for high school art students traveling to a regional art festival.
Petersburg hosted Art Fest last year. This year it’s in Craig April 26-28.
High School art teacher, Ashley Lohr, spoke with KFSK’s Angela Denning about Art Fest and the talent show.
The Petersburg Live talent show starts at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Wright Auditorium. Doors open at 6:30.
The Petersburg Arts Council is looking for more desserts to be auctioned off at the talent show. They can be dropped off at the high school office on Tuesday. Write Ashley’s name on it and what kind of desert it is.
