The Petersburg High School boys cross country team took second place at the State meet last weekend and the girls’ team finished in third place. The meet was held in Anchorage with small 1 and 2 A teams from all over the State.

The Petersburg School Board will meet Tuesday night to discuss several items including the State’s designations for the district’s schools. All of Petersburg’s schools are considered Universal Support, which is the highest of the three ratings and means that the schools don’t need specific improvements.
