PETERSBURG, AK Supporters of several electrical power projects in Southeast are continuing planning work, despite this month's court ruling applying the nationwide roadless conservation rule to the Tongass National Forest. Meanwhile federal and state officials say they don't yet know what effect the ruling will have on Southeast electrical projects.
