Over 100 high school swimmers from across Southeast Alaska competed at a meet in Petersburg last weekend. KFSK’s Taylor Heckart sat down with Petersburg High School swim coach Andy Carlisle to hear how it went for the Vikings.

Listen here:

“Everybody did really well … there was not one slouch in the whole business,” Carlisle told KFSK. “I was pleased with the whole darn thing.”

The high school swim team’s next meet will be Oct. 3–4 in Sitka.
