PETERSBURG, ALASKA The city of Petersburg is back in court to try and demolish or remove an historic and deteriorating building in downtown. The city council Monday heard about the latest attempts to move or tear down the oldest building in Petersburg, as well as pleas to leave the 106-year-old structure alone. One council member also questioned when the city made the decision to pursue the issue again.
