PETERSBURG, ALASKA Petersburg city councilor Melinda Hofstad says allegations against her are“trumped up charges.” Hofstad is the subject of a recall petition approved by the city last week. Recall supporters say they’ll be out trying to gather enough signatures in the next two months.
