PETERSBURG-AK Petersburg officials say there are problems with the foundation under the new assisted living wing of its elderly housing complex. The City Council is demanding a fix from the projects design consultants. The Council met with an attorney earlier this week to discuss the possibility of taking legal action. The buildings designers say they do not agree there is a problem with the foundation . Still they hope to discuss the issue with the city.
