Mexico-based community and animal aid group with local ties gives talk

PETERSBURG The Petersburg Humane Association and the Public Library host a presentation called Compassion in Action on Thursday, May 13th at 3:30pm in the City Council Chambers. The Presenter is Molly Fisher, Founder and Director of the Mexico-based organization PEACE, which stands for Protection, Education, Animals, Culture, and Environment. The group advocates for the well-being of animals and people, and has a connection to the local humane association in Petersburg. Fisher sat down for a live interview in with KFSK's Matt Lichtenstein during a recent Midday Magazine.
