PETERSBURG-AK Alaska’s Republican primary for U-S Senate is hotly contested. Fairbanks lawyer Joe Miller is running against incumbent Lisa Murkowski. Miller says he wants to limit control by the federal government and reverse its growth by repealing a variety of programs and legislation….including the healthcare reform act. Melati Kaye talked with Miller by phone this week about some Southeast Alaskan concerns.
