Petersburg residents Tuesday morning may have noticed a wooden dory rowing into town – Juneau author Dick Callahan was at the oars. His stop in Petersburg marked the tenth day of an open-ended rowing trip out of the capitol city through Southeast waters.

Alexis Kenyon caught up with Callahan as he docked in North Harbor. She asked him about his vessel and his trip.

Dick Callahan stands in front of his 18-foot rowing dory. He is on the tenth day of his journey from Juneau.
