Despite some setbacks, Petersburg’s new library construction will soon be dried-in from the elements, which means interior construction will continue throughout the winter as planned. That’s according to the City’s on-site administrator Dan LaForce, who is overseeing the work by ASRC McGraw Constructors. He says they’ve been making satisfactory progress.
