The fourth annual “By the Sea Arts and Seafood Festival” is this weekend in Coffman Cove on eastern Prince of Wales Island. The two-day event offers food, music and artwork Saturday and Sunday in downtown Coffman Cove. Joe Viechnicki spoke with chief organizer Heather Hedges about the menu and schedule for this year.
