Coastalaska’s Jacob Resneck reports: At 2 p.m. Inlandboatmen’s Union of the Pacific called a strike for its 400+ Alaska Marine Highway System ferry workers. Other ferry unions have pledged not to cross picket lines. Crew and passengers are disembarking vessels. This is a developing story. More soon.
