The Petersburg High School swim team has had a strong start to this year’s swim season. At their first meet in Craig last weekend, Sept. 5 and 6, Petersburg’s swimmers placed first or second in most of the events that the team participated in.

KFSK’s Taylor Heckart sat down with long-time swim coach Andy Carlisle to talk about the new season so far. Last year, all five athletes on the team made it to state, and this year, Carlisle says the swimmers are keeping that momentum going.
