That organization plans to convert the covered area into a batting cage. The new advisory committee that could be coming up with recommendations about how to regulate the sale and cultivation of marijuana in the Petersburg borough has at least 15 people who have volunteered to serve. The borough assembly will consider a resolution Monday, March 2 creating the new committee and could decide on the make-up of the new advisory group.
