PETERSBURG-AK Petersburg’s Harbor Advisory Board has approved language for a survey of harbor users. The survey, requested by the city council, still needs approval by the council later this month…before it goes out to harbor users. After failing to muster a quorum for an august meeting, four members of the harbor board reviewed the survey last Wednesday.
