PETERSBURG, AK Residents of two communities on northern Prince of Wales island should be seeing a big drop in their electrical bills in the next few years. That’s thanks to a publicly-funded power line extension project. State grant money will allow the private company Alaska Power and Telephone to connect Coffman Cove and Naukiti to the island's power grid in the next three years.
