Mary Clemens was the team captain agin this year. The team included Marlene Cushing, Sharon Hunter, Kate Kowalski, Robin Parr, Brenda Norheim, Donna Marsh, Andrea Hernandez, Julie Lappetito and Annabelle Baker. Kate Kowalski had hip problems but someone filled in for her. </span></p>

The team included Sandi Meeks, Beth Loesch, Rachel Cramer, Marina Whitacre, Jillian Chown, Justin Strawther, Paul Shapiro and Randy Lamb. Captain Morrison said she was pleasantly surprised by their fast overall timing of 17 hours, 25 minutes and 28 seconds, which she owes to the youthfulness of the team.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

Her team finished the race in 18 hours, 39 minutes and six seconds.</span></p>
