Juneau-Douglass high school took home the regional title for Southeast baseball this year. The Crimson Bears won the championship game 12 to three against the Sitka Wolves. The Ketchikan Kings went on to beat the Wolves four to one for runner-up.
The Host team Petersburg Vikings were knocked out of the tournament after a 1 to 6 loss to Juneau Thunder-Mountain and a 7 to 11 loss against Ketchikan. But in-between, the Vikings took away a win against Wrangell 15 to 3. Petersburg senior Taylor Pullar hit a home-run in his last time at-bat and made all-conference for the second time in a row. The good sport awards for Petersburg went to Nicole Peterson and Dalton Small.
