Petersburg’s new school superintendent is getting settled in her new job this summer. Lisa Stroh started work July 1st heading up the Petersburg City School District. She comes to town after working as a superintendent in Valdez and before that in Blaine County, Montana. She’s also been a principal in Kasilof and Kodiak. Her husband and daughter will be joining her in Petersburg while her two sons continue their schooling at the University of Wyoming, where they wrestle. Joe Viechnicki spoke with Stroh about the upcoming year and her first few weeks on the job.
