If you’re walking up or down Dolphin Street this summer you might have noticed a blue box of sorts along the sidewalk on Second Street. It’s actually a little library that was created by Petersburg resident, Jo Ann Day.

She met KFSK’s Angela Denning out in her front yard to talk about the project.
