Petersburg’s youth shooting sports team, the Devil’s Thumb Shooters, was well represented and well decorated at the seventh annual Southeast tournament in Juneau last Saturday and Sunday. Ten local kids made the trip and competed against some of their peers from across Alaska, with, in total, about 50 kids at the two-day event.
Joe Viechnicki spoke with head coach Larry O’Rear and assistant Cade Clay about the weekend and their team.
