Petersburg High School’s boys basketball team hosted the Haines Glacier Bears last week [Jan. 4th and 5th] and started their series of conference games for the season. The Vikings won both games against the Glacier Bears. On Wednesday they won 54 to 35 points and on Thursday they won 72 to 53.
KFSK’s Avery Herrman-Sakamoto caught up with head coach Rick Brock to discuss the games.
The girls’ and boys’ JV and varsity basketball teams will be heading to Craig this weekend[Jan. 12th through the 15th] for their next conference games.
