Newman returns to Petersburg Borough Assembly

Petersburg’s Borough Assembly filled its final vacant seat on Monday, appointing Scott Newman with a 5–1 vote. Six individuals submitted letters of interest for the position, including all candidates who ran for assembly during the October election.
