PETERSBURG Two Republican candidates for State House District Two last week debated ideas for improving ferry and road links in Southeast as well as the importance of seniority in the Alaska legislature. Residents in District 2 voting the Republican ballot in the state’s August 24th primary will chose between five-term incumbent Peggy Wilson of Wrangell and challenger Steven Samuelson of Petersburg.
