Read MoreIt was a narrow margin Monday but Petersburg’s borough assembly approved a ballot question on a remote subdivision on eastern Mitkof Island. Voters will decide whether those lands should stay in the part of the borough that has a higher property tax rate. However, the assembly was not interested in advancing a different question on instituting term limits for the assembly and mayor.
